Week 3- #3

Pick one concept from the assigned reading that you found useful or interesting and discuss it.

In chapter 6 I thought that the section "Organize Your Interview Guide" was very useful. When going into a interview it is vital that you are prepared. If you are interviewing someone, it is repectful and considerate to have everything together because they are taking out time to answer your questions for you, which is something they are not obligated to do. When you go into a interview, you should already have all of your questions typed out and ready to go. Also you should have typed up how the interview process is going to go. Which questions are you going to ask first and what is going to take place in a step by step way should be prepared before you even meet up with the person you are going to interview. When you meet up with the person you are giving the interview to you should give them a brief synopsis of what is going to take place during th interview so that they have an idea on what is going to happen. Being organized is always a good thing. It helps you to not be so nervous and allows for things to run smoother. I think this section of the reading was the most useful because I have found it to be true.
