Update the class on your speech preparation progress. What topic have you chosen? What have you been researching? What are you main points in your speech? What do you plan on using for your visual aid?

The topic I have chosen is Karate. I have been researching the history of karate. The many reasons people take karate and the different types of karate that can be taken.

Explain the belt rankings in order
Explain why karate is used
Explain the many different lessons karate teaches physically and emotionally.
How it can help you be successful in every aspect of your life.
Then demonstrate a few things that I learned while taking karate.

For my visual aids I plan to demonstrate some karate moves for the class and also bring in some of my karate belts that I had attained.
